Former Wanna One members made a rare public reunion at the VIP premiere of Park Jihoon’s upcoming historical film The King’s Warden in Seoul this week, drawing excitement from longtime fans. The group, which officially disbanded in 2019, gathered to show support for Jihoon, who takes on the role of an exiled monarch in the highly anticipated period drama.
Photos from the event captured the members posing together in front of the film’s promotional poster, instantly igniting nostalgia across social media. Attendees described the atmosphere as emotional yet celebratory, with the idols exchanging warm greetings and sharing memories from their time as a group.

During a brief stage greeting, Park Jihoon thanked his former bandmates for attending and revealed that their long-awaited full reunion variety show is nearing completion of filming. He shared that despite busy solo schedules, the members have continued to maintain their bond through group chats, shared meals, and video calls.
Fans welcomed the update with enthusiasm, expressing anticipation for the upcoming program featuring all eleven members together again.
The King’s Warden is scheduled for release on February 4, while the reunion variety show is expected to premiere later in 2026. Industry observers note that the reunion reflects the enduring popularity and lasting impact of Wanna One, even years after their disbandment.
