K-pop boy group ONEUS has officially signed exclusive contracts with emerging entertainment company BiWave Entertainment, marking a major transition following the expiration of their contract with longtime agency RBW. The move comes as the group prepares for the next phase of their career with renewed management support and creative direction.
On February 5, BiWave Entertainment announced that all five members of ONEUS Seoho, Lee Do, Gunhee, Hwanwoong, and Sion have joined the company after “in-depth discussions” and mutual agreement on long-term plans. The new deal includes full support for the group’s ongoing promotional activities across music, broadcast, tours, and other global engagements.

BiWave also acquired all intellectual property (IP) associated with ONEUS from RBW, ensuring continuity in the group’s branding and artistic output without any disruption. According to company insiders, this strategic acquisition allows ONEUS to continue under the same name and creative identity, while BiWave said it will foster both group projects and individual member growth.
“ONEUS has shown tremendous artistic growth and global appeal,” said Koo Bon-young, CEO of BiWave Entertainment, highlighting his personal history of working with artists at both RBW and FNC Entertainment. BiWave emphasized their commitment to maximizing the group’s creative potential in the competitive K-pop market.
Since their debut in January 2019 with the mini-album Light Us, ONEUS has built a reputation for conceptual depth and performance excellence, with hits like Valkyrie, LIT, and No Diggity and a growing global fanbase across Asia, Europe, and the United States.

BiWave Entertainment, established in mid-2025, also includes industry veterans such as H.O.T. member Tony An and producer R.Tee on its roster. Analysts say the partnership positions ONEUS to leverage both seasoned management and innovative strategies as they advance into their next career chapter.
